Kyushu University’s Faculty of Law welcomed a 35-member delegation from the Office of the Thai Judiciary between September 1 and September 14, 2019 and conducted a training course which focused on commercial law. During the first week of the training, traditional fields within commercial law were covered, such a company law, corporate crime and commercial litigation. Emerging issues, such a block chain and algorithmic collusion, were discussed during the second week of the training.

The Faculty of Law has a long-standing relationship with the Judicial Courts of Thailand in which it offers training sessions on a regular basis on diverse topics.
