　Since February 2024, Kyushu University has been using 「求人受付 NAVI」, which is operated and managed by J-Net Co., Ltd., for the reception of job-opening information.
If you wish to offer your job-openings, please register your company/organisation's job vacancies on 求人受付 NAVI and set up the distribution to Kyushu University.
Only job opening information of permanent and full-time positions will be accepted.

After registering your job information, please let us know so that we could send the information to the eligible students.?

STEP１．Registration of job openings by companies and organizations 　　　　　 ? The job opening is published on 求人受付 NAVI (Students can search and view it.) 　STEP２．After the registration, please contact us (e-mail, etc.) 　STEP３．Notification (by us) to the international students (through the university members only web page, etc.)

The application procedure differs from faculty to faculty, so please contact the relevant office.?Especially, please be careful for in case of medical licensing positions.
• Procedures for school recommendations (e.g. professor recommendations) are carried out by individual schools and departments, so please check with each employment office or employment teacher.
